Hill Croft Wings of Hope
![]()
As we head into a time of celebration, enjoying more freedom and time spent together, it is important to remember and reflect upon the challenges we have faced over the last two years. Everyone has been affected in varying ways and we wish to acknowledge this. As a school our community has felt fractured and yet we have also remained united. Each pupil has designed a beautiful feather. Together they have created these stunning wings that represent the hope of our school community, coming out of the darkness.
You will have been a support for others and at times, when you didn’t have strength, those around you have carried you and been your support. We invite you to take this opportunity to show your gratitude to those who have supported and carried you during this difficult time.
Our wings are in the entrance hall, feel free to have your photo taken and post and share your messages of hope and gratitude along with our #HillCroftWingsofHope ........ Let's get this message out there!
Parents/Carers can request a photo of their child with the wings via see-saw. Families will be coming to school from 13-17 June for Department celebration events and you can see the wings then, however, if you would like a quieter moment to call and have your photo taken you are welcome on Wed 8 and Thurs 9th from 3-4pm.
Take good care,
Roz McFeeters
